At Calvestiro Capital S.A.S. (hereinafter, «Calvestiro») we process our users' personal data in strict compliance with Law No. 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic, its complementary rules and Provision No. 60/2016 of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP). This document explains what data we collect, what we use it for and what your rights are.

We use your data to: (i) send you news about projects and educational content on real estate crowdlending; (ii) improve the browsing experience; (iii) measure site performance; (iv) comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to contacto@calvestiro.com. We also process data when there is an applicable legal obligation or a legitimate interest compatible with your rights.
5. Retention
We retain the data for as long as your newsletter subscription lasts and for the applicable legal periods. You may request removal or deletion at any time.
6. Recipients
We do not sell personal data. We may share it with technology providers acting as data processors (email delivery, analytics, hosting) under strict confidentiality and security obligations.
7. International transfers
Some providers may be located outside the Argentine Republic. In those cases we verify that they offer an adequate level of protection under applicable regulations.
8. Your rights
